       Return Policy

 

 

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the dat the shipment was received by the buyer. (*Note: We will know the exact date of arrival by the tracking number).

As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products. Items that do not fit can be returned or exchanged but the shipping costs and fees will be the costumer's responsibility. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.  Please email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing  items to prevent returns. *If there are any questions or concerns we will determine whether a purchase may be returned for a full refund on a case by case basis. We want to make our customer's happy!

Please Note:

  • Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

  • Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.

  • Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost.

  • Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS, UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.

  • Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the Return Aurthorization Number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.

  • Credits/Refunds: Store Credits or Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Luxury Designs recieving the returned or exchanged item in the mail. When contacting us about an issue with the merchandise, please show us the problem with clear photos taken in good lighting or record a short video and e-mail it to our customer service center along with your order number. Please include your order date, order number, and amount that your asking for a credit or refund for to expedite processing of your credit/refund.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.

*Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves. Please check the measurement size charts carefully that are posted on the same page as the item. There are different size charts for every item. Because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of a 1/2 inch to 1.2 inches. When measuring your size against the size chart please allow a 1/2 inch to 1.2 inches difference in size measurements when ordering products. Processing &Shipping


 

The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 3 to 5 working days. The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Standard shipping time takes approximately 7 to 15 working days, while expedite shipping takes approximately 3 to 7 working days.If freeshipping products, it will usually take about 7 to 45 days. We want you to get your order as soon as possible! If there are any questions on shipping time please e-mail us and we will try to answer your question asap!

Luxury Deisgns offers several types of shipping. We offer free shipping for all products using EPacket and China Post Air Mail. We also offer customer's the option to  ship products using DHL, Fed Ex, and EMS at their own expense. Customers must pay the full shipping price if they want faster shipping. The price for faster shipping will vary based on the items being shipped and the quantity of items being shipped.
